At the Laylow, Autograph Collection, my recent New Year getaway was elevated by its vibrant setting in Waikiki-where the beach, shops, and dining options are just an escalator ride away. The hotel exudes a chic, mid-century modern vibe, perfectly blending authentic Hawaiian aesthetics with contemporary comfort, which I found delightfully appealing. Our spacious room, artfully decorated, featured a cozy sofa bed ideal for late-night chats with friends, while the small dining area worked wonders for our late-night work sessions and group catch-ups. The warm and attentive staff made our stay all the more enjoyable, ensuring we felt welcomed with thoughtful amenities like plush bathrobes and custom Slippahs. Although I encountered a slight mismatch with our room's view, the overall experience-enhanced by relaxing evenings at the rooftop bar and enjoying delicious island-inspired cocktails-has secured the Laylow a special place in my heart. If you're looking for a hotel that embodies the spirit of Hawaii while offering innovative amenities and community vibes, the Laylow is undoubtedly a remarkable choice.
